- Larger stall size: add $20 per metre
- No refunds will be given for cancellations of bookings made within 60 days prior to the Eaton Foreshore Festival or due to inclement weather, or factors beyond the control of the Eaton Foreshore Festival Committee
- The sale of coffee is not permitted at the Eaton Foreshore Festival due to an exclusive sponsorship deal. We ask that you please respect this request.
- All stall are submitted to the Eaton Foreshore Festival Committee for approval. Due to limited space, you may be placed on the waitlist.

- The area booked must include the total length and width of your display / food van (when fully erected). Please also indicate gazebo size should you be using one.
- All stalls 3m in depth unless requested - (Extra charges apply - $20 per metre)

Additional Information
1. Detailed description of your stall - items for sale, what's on display, food you are selling*
2. What you are selling from (gazebo, truck, caravan etc)
3. Advise if you plan to use a generator during the festival (must be whisper quiet) Please indicate size of your generator if known.
4. Any additional requests (please note not all requests can be met)
5. Please indicate if you need to have a parking spot within close proximity of your stall. One parking spot per stall would be considered. (please note not all requests can be met)
Please upload a copy of your Certificate of Currency product liability insurance, with minimum cover of $10 million.

Please provide a copy of your ‘Food Business Registration Certificate (Food Act 2008)’ issued by the local government in which you are based.

Please provide a copy of your most recent food premises inspection form (if your business is located in another Shire) if available.

Please provide any drawing/sketch of the stall/van layout identifying the key food preparation/storage areas, hand wash basins, main equipment etc

Please provide a completed ‘Form 90 – Notification – Food Premises’ form; with particular attention to Part 4 of the form.
