Important Registration Notice
To participate in any Robina City OFF SZN program (excluding Goals), all players must hold current registration with either their State Federation or Football Australia. This is essential to ensure coverage under the relevant insurance policies.

Exciting News! We Now Accept Queensland Government ‘Play On’ Vouchers!

We’re pleased to announce that we are now accepting Queensland Government Play On vouchers for eligible programs.

To use your voucher:

- Register for your Play On voucher before completing your program registration.
- Enter your voucher code in the designated field.
- Select payment options to cover any remaining fees.

Play On Voucher Policy:

1. If you choose to use your Play On Voucher to pay for any of the programs listed below, please note if the program fee is less than the full voucher value of $200, no credit or refund will be issued for the remaining amount.
2. Robina City FC can not offer any cash refunds on any programs where a Play On Voucher has been used.
3. If you have already used your voucher code to register for another program (e.g. Goals League or 2026 deposit), you will not be able to use the same code again. If you attempt to do so, the cancellation and payment terms outlined below (Part D) will apply.
4. If you do not register for your Play On voucher prior to submitting this Jotform, your registration will be cancelled and you will be refunded, minus:
   1. A Jotform processing fee of $2.50
   2. A Robina Admin fee of $25

*This applies to any registeration where the Play On Voucher payment option is selected but a voucher is not redeemed.*

TRAINING DETAILS

Due to the recent FQ memo regarding club trials, Robina City FC is unable to conduct off-season training until the official club trial period has concluded. This is due to coach and field availability, as well as our position within the Academy Pyramid, which requires us to host academy trials during this period.

To provide players with development opportunities during this time, we will be running the following programs:

• All age group programs will run for 7 weeks on an allocated midweek training day.
• Skill Masters will run for 7 weeks on an allocated training day, plus two Mini Games Days on Saturdays.

All training programs are held at Robina City FC, Robina Common.

All age groups are based on 2026 player age eligibility. If you’re considering registering your child in an older age group, we kindly ask that you contact the CTD for approval before completing registration. This helps us ensure the best fit for each player’s development and experience.

OFF SZN TRAINING PROGRAMS - FURTHER INFORMATION

*Please note - The information below relates primarily to the our OFF SZN training Programs, but some details may also apply to Goals League. Please read carefully.*

Wet Weather Policy:
In the event of wet weather, we will seek an alternative venue. If this is not possible, we will aim to reschedule the affected session. Please note that rescheduled sessions may be held on a weekend due to limited weekday availability. You will be notified in advance of any changes to the schedule.

Confirmation & Communication:
You will not receive a separate confirmation email from the club apart from the Jotform submission. Further details will be sent 4 days prior to the start of your weekly training program.

Refund & Credit Policy:
Refunds will only be issued if we are unable to deliver the program or offer suitable rescheduled sessions.
Players who choose to withdraw from the program for any reason will not be eligible for a refund. In exceptional cases, a credit may be offered toward future programs at the club’s discretion.

Safe Hands:

Please note that Safe Hands is run and organised directly by Duro, including all payment arrangements. The cost of the program will be communicated directly by Duro. Please select the free option below when registering. Payment must be arranged directly with Duro prior to commencing the program.

Please note:

All refunds or credits (if applicable) are calculated on a pro rata basis and are subject to a $2.50 Jotform admin fee.
Play On vouchers cannot be refunded, reclaimed, or transferred once redeemed and used.
