Brokering Agreement:
The sale price stated includes our 25% commission. For example, if we agree to take a bottle listed at £100, once it sells you will recive £75.
The suggested price provided above may be negotiated before listing.
We reserve the right to deny listing any bottle for any reason including but not limited to, the inability of the broker and shop to agree on a sale price, or the bottles condition.
Bottles uplifted within 6 months of listing in our shop/website are subject to a £20/bottle uplift fee.
If a bottle remains on our shelf for longer than 12 months, we may contact you to renegotiate the price. This will depend on our assessment of its market potential.
If necessary, the bottle description you provide may be altered before publishing on our website to include the appropriate details.
If we agree to take your bottles, they can be received either by mail or by drop off at our shop.
While in our store, your bottle is protected by our insurance policy. If broken or stolen, you will receive the retail price minus the commission.
Upon sale of your bottle, payment will be made within 7 days.
Payment is made through BACS unless otherwise agreed. We will be in touch to receive your bank details to facilite the payment.
