• By Appendix/Chapter/Section Editing Support Form

    Use this form to request editing for an individual appendix, chapter, or section. Your selected package will determine the scope of your editorial support.

  • Before You Begin: By appendix/chapter/section editing support is designed for completed appendices, chapters, or sections that have been developed in consultation with your advisor. Please submit a completed draft that reflects your advisor’s guidance, including any feedback received to date, if applicable. This service is intended for revision of developed work rather than continued drafting or development of incomplete sections.

    How we'll work together:

    1. You share your completed appendix/chapter/section. Complete the By Appendix/Chapter/Section Editing Support Form and submit your draft and supporting materials.
    2. The editor reviews your intake form. Your form and submitted materials are reviewed to confirm your selected service and availability. You may also schedule an optional Welcome Call within 24 hours of form submission.
    3. You receive your invoice. Your invoice includes your selected service(s), pricing, required deposit, Service Terms, and service start information.
    4. When you’re ready to work together, submit your required deposit. Payment confirms acceptance of your selected service(s) and Service Terms.
    5. We begin the work. Editorial services begin within 3 business days of deposit payment. Your appendix/chapter/section is reviewed based on your selected Project Support Level, and you receive edits, editorial queries, feedback, and a revision plan. Standard turnaround is 7–10 business days from the date editorial services begin.
    6. You complete your final payment. The remaining balance is due before your edited materials and revision plan are released via email.

    * Note:  These editorial services are designed to complement the guidance and feedback reflected in your work. Editorial support strengthens your appendix/chapter/section while ensuring the work remains your own. Each service includes one editorial review. If additional revisions are requested by your advisor or committee after the editorial review is complete, further editorial support will require a new service package.
