By enrolling in the Legacy Law Firm Lab (“Program”), I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Educational & Coaching Purposes
The Legacy Law Firm Lab is an educational and coaching program designed to provide attorneys and other legal professionals with information, strategies, resources, systems, and practical guidance related to starting, building, managing, and growing an estate planning practice.
The Program is intended for educational and informational purposes only. Participation does not create an attorney-client relationship between the participant and Tamika M. Johnson, Esq., T. M. Johnson Law Firm, LLC, the Legacy Law Firm Lab, LLC or any guest speaker, instructor, or affiliated professional.
No Legal, Tax, Financial, or Professional Advice
Program materials, discussions, templates, examples, demonstrations, and other resources are provided for general educational purposes and should not be construed as individualized legal, tax, financial, accounting, or other professional advice.
Participants are responsible for independently evaluating the information provided and ensuring that their own practices, documents, procedures, marketing, technology, and client services comply with the laws, ethical rules, court rules, and professional requirements applicable in their jurisdictions.
No Guarantee of Results
The Legacy Law Firm Lab, LLC provides education, guidance, tools, and strategies intended to help participants develop and improve their estate planning practices. However, no specific business, financial, client acquisition, revenue, or professional results are promised or guaranteed.
Individual results will vary based on numerous factors, including the participant’s experience, market, implementation, effort, business decisions, and other circumstances outside the Program’s control.
Templates, Forms & Resources
Any templates, sample documents, checklists, workflows, scripts, forms, AI prompts, marketing materials, or other resources provided through the Program are educational examples and may require modification before use.
Participants are solely responsible for reviewing and adapting all materials for their own practices and jurisdictions before using them with clients or in their businesses.
Confidentiality & Group Participation
The Legacy Law Firm Lab is intended to foster an open and collaborative learning environment. Participants agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of fellow participants and not disclose confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information shared by other participants during group sessions.
Participants shall not disclose confidential or privileged client information during Program sessions.
Intellectual Property
Program materials are provided solely for the enrolled participant’s individual professional and business use. Unless expressly authorized in writing, participants may not reproduce, distribute, sell, publish, teach, sublicense, share, or otherwise make Program materials available to third parties.
Enrollment is for one participant only and may not be transferred or shared with another individual without prior written authorization.
Technology & Third-Party Platforms
The Program may discuss or demonstrate software, artificial intelligence tools, practice-management platforms, vendors, and other third-party services. References to these products or services are for educational purposes and do not constitute a guarantee or warranty regarding their performance, security, accuracy, or suitability for any particular practice.
Participants are responsible for independently evaluating third-party products and ensuring that their use complies with applicable confidentiality, privacy, cybersecurity, and professional-responsibility obligations.
Payment & Enrollment
By submitting payment, I understand that I am enrolling in the Legacy Law Firm Lab and agree to the payment terms, cancellation policy, refund policy, and other enrollment terms presented to me during registration.
Recording of Sessions
I understand that certain Program sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and made available to Program participants. I understand that my name, voice, image, or comments may be captured if I choose to participate verbally or visually during a recorded session.
Participant Responsibility
I understand that the Legacy Law Firm Lab, LLC provides education, coaching, and resources, but I remain solely responsible for my professional judgment, ethical obligations, business decisions, client representation, and implementation of any information learned through the Program.
Refund, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be submitted at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled start date of the Legacy Law Firm Lab cohort to be eligible for a refund of amounts paid. Cancellations received less than seven (7) calendar days before the cohort start date are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to participate in your scheduled cohort and provide notice prior to the cohort start date, you may transfer your enrollment to one future Legacy Law Firm Lab coaching cohort offered within nine (9) months of your original cohort start date, subject to availability. Enrollment transfers are limited to one transfer, are non-transferable to another person, and have no cash value.
No-Shows: Participants who fail to attend the scheduled cohort without providing notice of cancellation prior to the cohort start date will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer to a future cohort, and any outstanding payment obligations under an installment or payment plan will remain due.
