  • Game Day Credential Acknowledgment

    By submitting this request, I understand that:

    • Media and game day credentials and access are subject to approval by Battle Ground Academy.
    • Approved representatives must check in as directed upon arrival and display their credential while covering the event.
    • Credentials are non-transferable and valid only for the event(s) for which they are issued.
    • Credentialed individuals must follow all BGA Athletics, venue, and safety guidelines and remain within designated media areas.
    • Interviews with BGA students, coaches, faculty, staff, or administrators must be coordinated or approved by Battle Ground Academy.
    • During competition, credentialed individuals should not approach, distract, direct, or prompt student-athletes to interact with the camera. Players should remain focused on their teammates, coaches, and competition.
    • Content captured through credentialed access should reflect the standards of character and sportsmanship expected at BGA. Content should not misrepresent the school or its student-athletes, compromise student privacy, or feature material that could reasonably be considered offensive, inappropriate, or inconsistent with the environment BGA seeks to maintain at school-sponsored events.
    • BGA reserves the right to limit or revoke access when necessary for safety, privacy, event operations, or failure to follow school or venue guidelines.
