LIFE*SPIN's Christmas Sponsorship Program, for low-income families in London, is now open.

1 Submission per family. 

Read each section carefully.  You must attach the requested documentation. Incomplete registration will not be approved until the LIFE*SPIN office has all of the information.

Who Qualifies

To qualify for our Christmas Program, you must:

• Live in the city of London
• You must be at or below Canada’s Low-Income Cut-Off (LICO).
• You must be the custodial parent/guardian of the children you will register. Children can only be registered by ONE of their custodial parent(s)/guardian(s).

In the City of London (population 100,00 to 499,999), the Low-Income Cut-off annual income amounts are:

• 2 persons  - $26,037
• 3 persons -  $32,422
• 4 persons  - $40,450
• 5 persons  - $46,060
• 6 persons  - $51,082
• 7 persons or more - $56,103

The Low-Income Cut-off Annual Income Amounts are determined through Statistics Canada, Table 11-10-0241.

If you are not low income, we will not be able to help your family this Christmas season. 

Loss of Employment

If you earned more than the Low-Income Cut-off in 2025, but have lost your employment, you may be eligible for assistance. Please include your Record of Employment/Employment Insurance statement, to show the loss of income.  This does not guarantee your acceptance into the program, as we consider families on a case to case basis.

Applications received without ALL of the required documentation are VOID and you will not be registered.

We hope to provide one age appropriate gift to each child, valued up to $50.  To see what kinds of toys that sponsors may be able to buy for your child, check this catalogue at Mastermind Toys. Scroll down and you will see some wonderful options.

We ask sponsors to buy one toy for each child, under $50.  Please write down two choices of gifts, as one might be sold out. 

Please note that some sponsors donate food boxes/gift cards for food as well, however they are not required to. We only ask Sponsors to purchase ONE gift for each child, so that every child receives a gift at Christmas.

 

We do not distribute the following items through this program:

• bikes
• scooters or e-scooters
• warfare toys (eg. Water Guns, Nerf Guns, etc.),
• video games (eg. roblox gift card)
• expensive electronic devices (eg. Laptops, PlayStation or Xbox, iPhones, Bluetooth headphones/earbuds, etc) 

Additionally, gift cards cannot be requested 

If you include any of the above items or something over $50 in your child's wishlist; our staff team will be forced to change your child's wishlist.

Once you submit the form you will receive a message that it we have received it.  We will not contact you unless your form is rejected, for one of the following reasons: you do not qualify for the program or you did not provide the correct attachments. 

Otherwise, we will email you ahead of the delivery of your gifts with the date and approximate time a volunteer will come.
