Interested in becoming a vendor at Tail Feather X COCK’D Firearms Presents: Cars & Coffee? We are curating a limited group of automotive, lifestyle, retail, and local businesses that complement the atmosphere of the event and appeal to the Cars & Coffee community. Vendor spaces are 10 × 10 and are free for the Cars & Coffee event. Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, displays, and tent weights. Electricity is not guaranteed. Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed based on product fit, booth presentation, available space, and variety. Approved vendors will receive setup and event instructions.

I am responsible for obtaining any permits, licenses, insurance, and tax registrations required for my business.
I understand that outside coffee, tea, prepared beverages, and competing food products may not be sold without written approval.
I agree to leave my space clean and remove all trash at the end of the event.
I understand that Tail Feather Coffee & Social House and COCK’D Firearms are not responsible for theft, damage, injury, loss, or inclement weather.
I give the event organizers permission to photograph or record my booth and use the content for event promotion.

Our team will review your business, products, and booth presentation for overall fit. If approved, you will receive an email with the setup window, parking instructions, and event requirements. Please do not arrive as a vendor unless you have received written approval.
