• 2026 Aces United PVL Most Valuable Players (MVP) & Most Improved Players (MIP) Voting Form

  • Please read and agree with the following before you vote:
    1. MVP and MIP will receive FREE training till 31 January 2027 and half price PVL fees in 2027.
    2. To be eligible to receive the award, the player must have played 5 or more PVL games for that team and has NO outstanding PVL Fees. 
    3. All 2026 ACES PVL players/coaches are eligible to vote. But you are only eligible to vote for the teams you have played/coached during the season. Each vote from the coaches will be counted as 2 votes.
    4. Backup (non-paying) players are eligible to vote, but are NOT eligible for the award.
    5. Please do NOT vote for yourself or the teams you haven't played /coached, or your vote will NOT be counted.
