I accept full responsibility for the above named animal and will provide the proper food, water, shelter and proper vet care. I agree to never mutilate the above named animal. This includes, but is not limited to tail docking, ear clipping and declawing. I understand MCAR makes no claims as to the temperament, mental disposition or health of the above named animal and hereby release MCAR from liability from any injury or damage to any person or property. I agree to contact the shelter manager within seven days if the animal does not prove satisfactory. Adoption fees are not refundable after seven days. I will contact MCAR immediately if at any time, for any reason, I desire to re-home my adopted animal. I agree to never re-home or sell my adopted pet on Social Media outlets, Yard sale websites, Craig's List, swap shops, etc. I have read and understand the terms of this contract. I am 18 years of age or older.
