    FCCW youth & friends are invited to kick off the new programming year with us at Kings Bowling in Burlington on the evening of Sunday, September 13, 2026! We are separating out the youth groups this year, so please check the time slot below to join the correct group.

    Where: King's Bowling, Burlington MA

    When: Sunday, September 13th

    Junior Forum time slot: 5 PM - 6:30 PM

    Forum time slot: 6:30 PM - 8 PM

    Transportation options for Junior Forum: We can provide transportation FROM FCCW and TO Kings; however, we cannot provide transportation back to the church. Please indicate on this form if you would like transportation to Kings.

    Transportation options for Forum: We can provide transportation FROM Kings and TO FCCW; however, we cannot provide transportation to Kings. Please indicate on this form if you would like transportation to FCCW.

    What's included? 90 minutes of bowling, $10 arcade card, dinner (pizza, chicken tenders, and fries), cupcakes, fruit platter, gluten-free snacks for our GF youth, and unlimited soft drinks

    Are friends outside of the church invited? Yes, but please make sure they register by the deadline.

  • All participants must have a Youth Information Form on file with FCCW.  If your youth does not have one on file, please complete the separate form which contains important medical information.

  • If your youth has an emergency inhaler or epipen, we must have a current Medication Release Form on file at FCCW.

  • My child/youth, {nameOf35}, has permission to attend the event described above.

  • I understand that every effort will be made to contact parents/guardians in the event of an emergency. In an emergency requiring medical care and treatment, I authorize any physician, hospital or other healthcare provider to give care to this minor. I also give permission for the transport of my child/youth to/from a doctor and/or hospital by a chaperone or ambulance.

    I hereby agree to hold harmless the First Congregational Church in Winchester and its agents and employees from any claim for personal injury or loss of life or property arising from participation in this Event. While I understand that the First Congregational Church in Winchester will take every precaution for safety, I realize that accidents do sometimes happen. I hereby release First Congregational Church in Winchester, its staff and its volunteers from any liability should an accident occur.
