Student Scholarship Nomination Information
Nominate an outstanding high school student to apply for the 2027 Linda Carullo Memorial Scholarship, which provides one student with a full-tuition scholarship to participate in the Leadership Initiatives Advanced Medical & Public Health Internship from June 27th - July 3rd, 2027; July 4th - July 10th, 2027; July 11th - July 17th, 2027; July 18th - July 24th, 2027; or July 27th - July 31st, 2027. The Carullo Scholarship Fund will provide ten additional students with partial scholarships to attend a summer internship.

Any students with an interest in education, public health, medicine, healthcare, or child development are eligible to apply. Students will be asked to write a two-page interest statement as part of the application process.
