We’d like to invite you to join us for Fins & Fenders Cruise-In at Camp Margaritaville Auburndale, a laid-back gathering bringing together cool cars, custom builds, trucks, motorcycles, good vibes, local vendors, and plenty of Margaritaville fun. Vehicle registration is completely FREE, with no judging and no trophies; just a chance to show off your ride, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and enjoy a great morning in paradise. Whether you’re bringing a classic, custom build, modern ride, truck, motorcycle, or something uniquely your own, we’d be happy to have you join the lineup!   • Participant & Vehicle Requirements

  • Before You Cruise Into Paradise...

    Please review the following requirements for all participating vehicles and drivers:

    • Participants registering a vehicle must be at least 18 years old.
    • Anyone operating a vehicle on Camp Margaritaville Auburndale property must possess a valid driver's license and be legally authorized to operate the vehicle.
    • All participating vehicles must be properly registered, insured, and in safe operating condition.
    • Registrants are responsible for their vehicle, occupants, and personal property brought to the event.
    • Camp Margaritaville Auburndale is not responsible for theft, loss, vandalism, weather damage, vehicle damage, or loss or damage to personal property.

  • Fins & Fenders Rules of the Road

  • While on Camp Margaritaville Auburndale property, all participants agree to:

    • Follow all instructions provided by Camp Margaritaville Auburndale staff and event personnel.
    • Observe the resort-wide 15 MPH maximum speed limit, or travel slower when directed or when conditions require.
    • Operate vehicles only in designated areas and along routes directed by event staff.
    • Yield to pedestrians, golf carts, bicycles, resort vehicles, and other traffic.
    • Use seat belts whenever required by law.
    • Keep passengers in designated passenger seating areas.
    • Maintain control and supervision of children and other members of their party.
    • Keep fire lanes, roadways, entrances, exits, campsites, and other designated areas clear.
    • Never leave a running vehicle unattended.
    • Operate vehicles safely and responsibly at all times.

    Please Keep the Cruise-In Laid-Back
    The following are prohibited anywhere on resort property:

    No burnouts • No racing • No drifting • No tire spinning • No reckless or exhibition driving • No excessive acceleration • No unnecessary or excessive engine revving • No impaired driving

    Unsafe or disruptive conduct may result in removal from the event and/or resort property.

  • Resort Cruise Rules

  • Cruising Through Paradise 
    Participants joining the optional post-show resort cruise agree to:

    • Follow the designated route and instructions from event personnel.
    • Maintain the 15 MPH maximum resort speed limit or slower as conditions require.
    • Remain with the organized procession.
    • Maintain a safe following distance.
    • Stay out of unauthorized resort roads, campsites, parking areas, and guest areas.
    • Give pedestrians, golf carts, bicycles, resort vehicles, and resort operations the right-of-way.
    • Refrain from engine revving, burnouts, excessive acceleration, or other activity that could disturb resort guests.
    • Immediately follow instructions to stop, slow down, reroute, or exit the procession.
    • Camp Margaritaville Auburndale may deny or discontinue a participant's involvement in the cruise if staff determines continued participation presents a safety concern or disruption to resort operations.

  • Assumption of Risk & Release

    I understand that participation in a car show and the operation or presence of motor vehicles involves inherent risks, including but not limited to vehicle collisions, contact with pedestrians or other vehicles, slips and falls, property damage, mechanical failure, weather conditions, and the actions of other participants or third parties.

    I voluntarily assume the risks associated with my participation.

    To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless Camp M Auburndale, LLC d/b/a Camp Margaritaville Auburndale, Knapp Family Holdings, LLC, and Lake Myrtle Bottoms, LLC, along with their owners, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and representatives, from claims for personal injury, death, property damage, loss, or expense arising from my participation in the event or resort cruise, except where prohibited by applicable law.

    I agree that I remain responsible for injury or property damage caused by my own vehicle, actions, negligence, or failure to follow event rules and acknowledge that I am properly insured.
