IMPORTANT INFORMATION!

Please read ALL the information below before completing your registration, as procedures have changed since the last school year.

Thank you for your interest in bringing your students to see The Very Hungry Caterpillar at the Bank of America Performing Arts Center!

Thanks to our arts education supporters, TOArts is offering tickets to a special student matinee performance of The Very Hungry Caterpillar for just $15 per seat.

Please complete the registration form below with your best estimate of attendance. After we receive your registration, we will follow up to confirm availability and provide next steps for payment and final attendance confirmation.

Here is some important information to keep in mind:

RESPONSE TIMELINE
After submitting your registration, please expect to wait 1–2 weeks before hearing from us regarding availability for your requested performance.

ELIGIBILITY

All schools and groups are welcome to attend a paid Kids and the Arts field trip, including private schools, schools outside of Ventura County, and schools already attending a free Kids and the Arts field trip.

TRANSPORTATION
You will be responsible for booking and providing your own transportation to this performance. TOArts does not offer transportation reimbursement for paid field trips.

REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION
You should receive an automatic confirmation email shortly after submitting this form confirming that we received your registration. This email does not confirm your attendance.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, please contact ethan@toarts.org so we can make sure you receive future communications about your registration.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

Please have your school information and estimated number of students and chaperones ready. You will have an opportunity to confirm your final attendance numbers after availability has been confirmed.
Submitting this form is a request for a paid field trip. Your reservation is not confirmed until availability has been confirmed and payment has been received.

Coordinate your registration with your fellow grade level teachers and only one of you sign up the whole grade when possible. Provide your best estimate for attendance, you will have the opportunity to adjust numbers later on.

Please let us know if you have students who might need wheelchair access or be sensitive to sound/light so we can ensure they have a fun experience.

By attending this field trip, you are giving permission to TOArts to take group and possibly up-close pictures of students to use for donor relations and marketing. You additionally take responsibility to ensure that the parents of students attending are aware that their kids may be photographed. We understand that some families choose not to have their kids photographed. We have no control over excluding such children.

Each seat will cost $15, with payment collected once space is confirmed.
