Thank you for your interest in submitting a presentation idea for the 2027 Northeast Sustainable Communities Workshop (NSCW). When completing the Submission Form, please provide as much of the following information as you are able to at this time (preference will be given to panels with complete information):
- Session Length: 60-minutes, including time for Q&A.
- Session Title: Limit the title to 60 characters or less. The title of the presentation must be concise, descriptive, and accurately describe the content of the presentation.
- Session Description: The description should be no more than 250 words and include the session's purpose and goals, focusing on what makes your session compelling.
- Learning Objectives: Describe up to 3 learning objectives in 20 words or less for each.
- Presenters (Maximum of 3 on a Panel): Include Name, Company/Organization, Address, Email and Phone number. Please also indicate whether each presenter has agreed to be on the panel, whom you will approach for your panel, or provide a suggestion. Remember, you cannot have two (2) or more presenters from the same company on your panel.
- Moderator: Only if you would like to sponsor the panel*, please include the person's name. Moderators play a key role in engaging both speakers and attendees and in developing the session.
- Session Diversity: In 100 words or less, identify how the proposed speakers represent diversity in (1) regional geographic coverage, (2) discipline, (3) perspective, (4) gender and ethnicity, and (5) public and private sectors.
- Expenses: Conference presenters will need to register for the Conference at a greatly reduced Presenters' Rate of $200 per person, unless the presenter's registration is covered by a sponsorship from your company.
- *Panel Sponsorship: Companies that do not sponsor may have one (1) presenter on a panel and may not serve as moderator. Companies that agree to become a Workshop Sponsor may have up to two (2) representatives—one presenter and one moderator—from their company on the panel.
