General Contest Information

• Contest Date: Saturday November 21, 2026
• Contest Entry Deadline: October 17, 2026 (see entry submission details)
• Location: Holyoke High School (500 Beech Street ~ Holyoke, MA 01040)
• Time: Doors Open at 8:30am ~ Contest Begins at 9:00am

Facility Fee:

$25 Facility Fee (FF) per contestant (1 per family). A contestant = a soloist or team member.

Rules/Judging/etc:

• NBTA International, Inc. rules apply. The judges’ decisions are final.
• All contestants, parents, and spectators should conduct themselves in a sportsmanlike manner at all times.
• Video taping only of your own student/child. No flash photography.
• No cooking on school grounds or outside food per order of school rules.
• Parents are responsible for any damage to the school building or grounds.
  Contest director, staff, and School/Town are not responsible for loss, accidents, or injury.
• Contestants must be at lane assignment or face disqualification without refund.
• $35 returned check fee

 Other:

• NO Refunds
• The contest directors reserve the right to reschedule/cancel competition due to extreme weather conditions, Holyoke High School weather policies, and/or other extenuating circumstances. In the case of such an event, entries will be credited to rescheduled event and will not be refunded. The contest directors are not responsible for outside costs related to contest reschedule/cancellation including, but not limited to, travel, lodging, etc.

Coaches will receive instructions on how to submit waivers for "Team Only" athletes upon confirmaiton of entries.

PAYMENT SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

• Entries must be recived no later than 11:59pm on 10/17/26. Payments must be postmarked no later than October 19, 2026. 
• All fees must be paid via Check, Bank Check, or Money Order. (If you must use mobile payment, please email HollyJollyHolidayClassic@gmail.com)
• Checks must be made payable to Brittany Locke.
• Please put athlete's name in memo of check. 
• All fees must be mailed to Brittany Locke (PO Box 71 ~ Suffield, CT 06078)
