TRUNK OR TREAT Attendee Registration

Join us for TAP's first ever TRUNK OR TREAT! October 24, 6 - 8 PM at TAP. This registration form is for those attending who will NOT be coming with a decorated trunk. If you would like to decorate your trunk and provide candy to pass out, please use THIS FORM. For everyone else, a $5 ticket is required to attend and trick-or-treat. Those attending may park in the TowneBank parking lot. Guests under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. In addition to trick-or-treating, there will be carnival games, face painting and fairy hair, theatre games, a basket raffle full of themed baskets, and more! Tickets to attend are $5. Face paint and fairy hair will be $2 each, and raffle tickets for the themed baskets will be $2/ticket. Cash or Venmo. Games are free! Tickets to attend should be purchased in advance of the event.
If you are attending with multiple people (family, friends, etc) you may use this form to purchase all of your tickets by choosing the total number or people attending in the drop-down below. When you check in, the tickets will be under the name of the person indicated on this form.
