To request an AMI/USA Continuing Professional Development Certificate for our community webinars, please complete the form below.

Agenda Hours

For CPD certficates from Sarasota University, applications can be submitted here.

Course attendees will have two weeks after each individual webinar
concludes to apply for their Professional Development certificates. There will be a fee associated with the approval of applications submitted after this time.

All certificates will be sent via email within one week after the two-week application period, beginning the day after each webinar.
