One Day "User Policy" Insurance for Activity Vendor
Parking

Due to construction and increased parking fees from local businesses, we are not able to offer free parking permits this year. We will have pre-purchasable parking spaces (one vehicle per vendor) with a shuttle to fair entrances. The cost is $30. Parking spaces must be purchased with booth payment once accepted as a vendor for the fair.

2027 Kids Kingdom Waiver
By checking "YES" you are stating you agree to follow all policies and procedures as set out by the King William Fair and agree to the Waiver of Responsibility as posted.
By checking "YES" you are stating that you understand this application does NOT guarantee your acceptance as a King William Fair Kids Kingdom Vendor.
Important Dates

1. Deadline for application is January 14, 2027.

2. Proof of insurance identifying the King William Association, the Fiesta San Antonio Commission, and Mission Trail Rotary Club as additional named insured is due by February 16, 2027. You may email the Certificate of Insurance to will@kwfair.org or mail it to King William Fair / Kid's Kingdom, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.

3. Payment is due February 16, 2027. Instructions will be sent to pay online with your contract. Checks can be made out to "King William Fair" and delivered to King William Fair, Attention Kids Kingdom, 122 Madison Street, San Antonio, TX 78204.

4. Packets will be ready for pickup March 24, 2027.
