• 2026 Black Tie Blue Jeans Student Volunteer Registration Form

  • Thank you for your interest in supporting Black Tie Blue Jeans.

    This event would not be possible with out the help of volunteers like you.  Funds raised at Black Tie Blue Jeans support the needs of students through student scholarships.  

    Form submissions will be used to create nametags to be worn during the event so please type carefully to ensure the correct information is recorded.

    MANDATORY TRAINING/WALK-THROUGH ON THURSDAY, OCTOBER, 15TH AT 6:30PM - MEET AT FORTIN AUDITORIUM. 

    If you are unable to attend the training/walk-through due to work/academic/athletic reasons, please contact Shaydean Saye at shaydean.saye@rocky.edu to set up a time to meet with someone a minimum of 24 hours prior to the mandatory meeting on October 15th. It is important to attend the walk-through in order to make sure that you are comfortable and knowledgeable with your job, and ask questions that may also benefit your fellow volunteers.

    To best prepare for this event please remember the following:

    Your presence at the event is a visual thank you to our donors who generously provide donations for student scholarships.  Please present yourself in a professional manner to include silence/stay off of phones, wear the attire outlined below, and engage with the guests as they ask questions about your experience at RMC. 

    Attire

    • Men - black slacks/jeans - no holes/tears and white button up, polo, or plain t-shirt without graphics or patterns.
    • Women - appropriate length black skirts (knee length or longer) or slacks and white button up, polo, or plain t-shirt without graphics or patterns. NO TANK TOPS OR LOW CUT TOPS.
    • Comfortable shoes, no heels!
    • Warm coat, hat, gloves if cold weather as there are outdoor tasks.

    If you do not have the above listed items or questions as to whether your outfit is appropriate, please contact Shaydean Saye at shaydean.saye@rocky.edu by October 10th to discuss further. (Resources are available on campus if you need assistance with acquiring clothing items).

    Reporting

    Meet in the Fortin Auditorium by 4:00pm on October 16, 2026. 

    Dinner will be provided at 4:00pm to all volunteers.

    Volunteer tasks will begin prompt at 5:00pm.  All volunteers will help with dinner service and clean up in addition to their assigned area.

    Volunteer shifts will end approximately around 11:00pm.
