Leadership South County is an investment in yourself — a chance to grow, connect, and make a meaningful impact in your community. The Leadership Team designs the program to accommodate many lifestyles, but regular attendance is crucial for you and the cohort to get the most from the experience. The retreat on February 20–21 is REQUIRED; it’s where you’ll bond with your class and build the foundation for the year ahead. We understand that life and family come first, but please make every effort to attend classes held the first Friday of each month. Note that three consecutive absences will result in removal from the program without refund. Do you agree to these terms?

As part of the consideration process, all applicants will be interviewed. The program is only for 25 people, approved applicants will be selected by the order in which they apply and appropriate qualifications. Any additional applicants beyond the first 25 will be kept on a waiting list and the first considered for the following year.
