Vendor Application - K-Wave Festival

By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms:

1. Application & Approval
- Submission of this application does not guarantee approval.
- All vendors are subject to review and selection by the event team.
- If approved, vendors must submit full payment by the deadline stated in the approval email. Vendor space is not secured until payment is received.
- Approved vendors will receive an email with instructions for payment and final event details.

2. Booth Location
- Booth locations will be assigned by the event team.
- Requests for specific locations will not be accepted unless a Preferred Location
- Upgrade Fee ($100) is paid prior to booth assignments, which will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Booth spaces are limited to 10x10 ft. Vendors exceeding this size may be asked to adjust to accommodate neighboring vendors.
- All vendor booths will be located outdoors.

3. Vendor Requirements
- Vendor setup must be completed between 8AM - 9AM on the day of the event.
- No vendors will be allowed after the setup timeframe. No refund will be issued.
- Vendors are required to remain open until the official closing time, unless otherwise approved by organizers.
- Vendors are responsible for providing their own equipment displays, tables, chairs, tents, lighting, weights, and tools.
- Food vendors are required to use a flame-retardant tent.
- For safety, all tents must be properly secured with weights to withstand strong winds.
- Vendors using rented equipment will be held responsible for any damages and will incur replacement charges.
- Food Vendors: May only sell items listed and approved in their application; selling unapproved items is not permitted.
- Non-Food Vendors: Selling food items is strictly prohibited.

4. Clean-up Requirements
- Vendors must maintain their booth and surrounding area in a clean and sanitary condition throughout the event.
- After the event ends, vendors are required to fully clean their booth space and surrounding area before leaving.
- All grease, oil, charcoal, ashes, or other non-disposable waste must be taken home and disposed of properly.
- Vendors may not use trash cans designated for visitors.
- Cleanup fees will be incurred if violated.

5. Refund Policy
- The event does not issue refunds.
- Vendors who do not attend forfeit all fees paid.

6. Weather Policy
- This is a rain or shine event.
- Refunds will not be issued due to rain or wind.
- In the event of a tropical storm or hurricane on the scheduled date, the event will be rescheduled or canceled. If canceled, full refunds will be issued.

7. Photo Release Agreement
- By submitting this application, vendors grant the Orlando Korea Culture Center the right to use any photos, logos, or promotional images provided with this application for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, websites, and print materials.
- Submission of this form constitutes consent to such use without compensation.

8. Violations
- Vendors who violate these terms will be disqualified from participating in future events.
