Thank you for your interest in participating in the Peddler’s Village Holly Jolly Parade! We are excited to invite community groups, performers, musicians, organizations, businesses, nonprofits, families, and festive friends to apply for this joyful holiday tradition.

The Holly Jolly Parade is a family-friendly walking parade designed to delight guests of all ages with holiday cheer, creative costumes, music, movement, colorful decorations, and festive spirit. We are looking for participants who will help bring the magic of the season to life through cheerful, visually engaging, and well-prepared parade entries.

Please note that submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance into the parade. Space is limited, and all entries will be reviewed by the Peddler’s Village team.
Parade Dates: Saturday, December 5th and Sunday, December 6th

Please note: This is a walking parade. Motorized vehicles are not permitted. Participants may pull small decorated wagons, carts, or similar hand-pulled items, provided they are safe, manageable, and appropriate for the parade route.

If you are selected to participate, you will be notified via email of your acceptance into the Holly Jolly Parade on or about Tuesday, December 1st. Submitting this application does not guarantee you a spot. Space is limited.
Requirements:
- Entries should be festive and family-friendly.
- Costumes and holiday attire are strongly encouraged.
- Participants should be prepared to walk the full parade route. (The parade lasts approximatly 30-45 minutes and is less than a mile long)
- Any music/sound must be provided by the entrant.
- All decorations, props, carts, and costumes should be safe and manageable.
- Participants must follow all Peddler’s Village staff instructions.
