Downtown Market Vendor Sign-Up

The Downtown Market, presented by Casa Grande Main Street, is an artisan and farmers market held every Sunday from 10:00am-2:00pm. The 2026-2027 season begins on September 27, 2026, on 3rd Street in Historic Downtown Casa Grande. Beginning November 15, 2026, the Market will move to Peart Park for the remainder of the season, ending April 25, 2027.

The season includes 29 markets. 

Cost & Pricing

Single Market

• $40 for non-Mainstreet members
• $25 for Mainstreet members.

Season Pass:

• $928 for non-Mainstreet members
• $493 for Mainstreet members.

A Season Pass saves $232 compared with paying for all 29 markets individually.

Payments

Payment must be submitted by 3pm on the Friday before the market.

Payment will be made in-person at Space 108, located at:

108 W. 2nd Street,

Casa Grande, AZ 85122.

Booth Assignments

Season Pass holders will recieve the same booth location whenever possible.

All other booth spaces will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

Booth locations will be emialed to vendors the night before each market. Questions regarding booth assignments should be directed to: felicitesoto13@gmail.com

Market Set-Up & Teardown

Market set-up can begin at 8am.

You may unload from your car at your booth location, but you must move your car once you unloaded. All cars must be removed from the market area by 9:45am.

Market teardown will not begin any earlier than 1:30pm.

In order to create an exceptional market experience for attendees, we expect all vendors to remain at the market for the entire duration (10am-2pm). Cars may not be brought into market area until 2pm.

* Important Note: There is no electricity or water provided at the Downtown Market. If you need electricity, please provide your **quiet** generator.

Food Trucks

There is only room for three food trucks at each market. The only food trucks that will be accepted are those currently listed as a vendor with the City of Casa Grande.

Rain or Shine Policy

We will not be cancelling any scheduled markets. Should the weather be too extreme that a cancelation is needed, we will reach out to all vendors. 

In the event, Mainstreet needs to cancel an market we will offer ONE of the following: 

• A full refund for that day
• A credit for a different day

No refunds will be issued for not attending.
