2026 Law & Equity Concern Form

The Law & Equity Concern Form is a student-created resource that gives students a safe and confidential way to report concerns about disrespectful or harmful behavior, discrimination, bias, accessibility, or other equity issues. The form allows students to document their concerns, seek support, and bring attention to patterns of behavior within the law school community.

All submissions will be reviewed only by the Student Director of Equity and Inclusion, unless the student provides permission below to share their response with designated law school administrators. Students may choose whether they authorize their submission to be shared and, if so, with whom.

If you choose to provide your name and contact information, your submission will be reviewed only by the Student Director of Diversity and Inclusion, unless you give permission below to share your response with designated Cardozo administrators.

If you share your contact information may be used to follow up with you, provide updates, and discuss available resources or next steps.

If you are comfortable being contacted by a Cardozo administrator and/or would like to meet with a Cardozo administrator to address your concern, you may indicate your permission to share your submission below.

NOTE: The Student Director of Diversity & Inclusion is a confidential reporter NOT a mandated reporter. However, if your report relates to a Title IX claim, and you give the Student Director of D&I consent to share your report with Director LaCroix and/or Dean Acocella, they are required to reach out to you (they are mandatory reporters, not confidential reporters).
