It’s time for Bunny's Monster Mash! Join us for a night packed with music 🎶, haunted photo ops 📷 to capture your killer looks, and the most stunning souls in Hampton Roads. For this event, we are taking over a bar and restaurant in Virginia Beach near the Oceanfront. The entire restaurant will be restricted to Bunny's only.

Exact location will be shared once you’re confirmed on the guest list, so get ready to secure your spot! ✨ This event is perfect for first timers and familiar faces alike, so bring your friends, your spirits, and your deadliest dance moves! 🧙‍♀️🧛‍♂️

The dress code is come as you are, but we’re all about Halloween vibes. Think full costumes, wicked accessories, gothic glam, or your favorite spooky fits. Let your inner monster fly! 🧟‍♂️🌕 Prizes for best costume

Food and drinks will be available for purchase, and if you want, arrive early to grab a bite before the party kicks off.

2. Don't be a belligerent drunk, if you are drinking do so responsibly.
3. Respect others and boundaries, if you make inappropriate physical contact without prior VERBAL consent you are wrong.
4. No drugs.
5. No sex, if you get a little wild and a boob comes out, that’s okay + encouraged!
6. If you do any of the above or anything else a reasonable person would
   consider wrong you will be asked to leave and no longer invited to these parties.
7. Couples will be refused entry without both partners

Violations may result in immediate removal without refund and exclusion from future events.

Non-Disclosure and Privacy: You agree not to disclose the event location, attendee list, or any details about guests to anyone not already a verified member of Bunny's Lifestyle Events. This ensures the privacy and exclusivity of the event. Breach of this may result in legal action and permanent ban from the platform.

Ticket and Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable within 14 days of the event date. All refunds (if applicable) will incur a 10% processing fee. Tickets are transferable only with prior approval from event organizers.

Age and Eligibility: You confirm you are at least 21 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction for adult-oriented events) and that all information provided is accurate. Bunny's Events reserves the right to verify identity and deny entry.

Liability Waiver: You attend at your own risk. Bunny's Events, its organizers, venue, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or harm (physical, emotional, or otherwise) arising from the event. You waive all claims against them.

Data Privacy: Your personal information (e.g., name, email) will be used solely for event registration, communication, and verification. We comply with applicable privacy laws (e.g., GDPR/CCPA). We will not share your data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Event Changes: Bunny's Events reserves the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the event (e.g., due to weather, venue issues, or low attendance). In such cases, refunds or credits will be issued at our discretion.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Pensacola, Florida. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.

Entire Agreement: This constitutes the full agreement. By submitting, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. No modifications unless in writing.
