Questions sent ahead help me shape the hour, and they give us a place to begin that is specific rather than general. Send yours any time before we meet.

It does not need to be polished. A half formed question, a situation you cannot make sense of, or something you have been carrying for a while are all welcome.

You are also completely welcome to bring nothing and simply listen.

A note on the recording: our sessions are recorded and the recording is shared with everyone who registered. Sending your question here rather than raising it live is one way to take part without being on it, and you can ask me to keep it anonymous below. You are also welcome to join with your camera off, or to put your question in the chat during the hour.
