  • We are excited to celebrate the rich cultural diversity of our Challenge School community at our Annual Cultural Night!

    đź“Ť Challenge School

    Students, families, and school clubs are invited to participate in one or more of the following:

    🌎 Ways to Participate
    1. Cultural Performances & Fashion Show
    Dance, music, singing, instrumental performances, cultural fashion show, or other presentations that celebrate your heritage.

    2. Cultural Table Display
    Showcase your culture through traditional clothing, artifacts, crafts, photographs, games, traditions, or other displays.

    3. Cultural Food Tasting
    Offer small sample portions of a traditional food as part of your cultural table.
    The school will provide chafing dishes, steam pans, and warming equipment as needed.


    đź“Ś Registration & Important Deadlines
    Registration Deadline: Friday, October 23, 2026

    For Cultural Performance entries, please upload a 1–2 minute practice/performance video clip with your registration, or email it to payalsahuja@gmail.com.

    Performance Selection:
    Participants will be notified within 2–3 days of submission and no later than Friday, October 30, 2026.

    Final Performance Music:
    Final music must be emailed to Payal Ahuja at payalsahuja@gmail.com by Friday, November 6, 2026.


    đź‘— Fashion Show Participants
    If your child is participating in the Fashion Show, please email a 2 minutes cultural music clip in MP3 format to payalsahuja@gmail.com by Friday, October 30, 2026 or attach to this form.

    If there are multiple entries representing the same culture, we may combine them into a joint fashion segment to create a cohesive presentation.

    Fashion Show Practice — Mandatory for all Fashion Show participants
    Cultural Performance Stage Practice — Optional for other performance participants

    Final Rehearsal — Mandatory for ALL Participants
    Includes Fashion Show and Cultural Performance participants
