• MCBS Service Subscription — Enrollment Application

    Complete this short application to request enrollment in the MCBS Service Subscription. Subscription plans allow eligible clients to prepay 6–12 months of scheduled grooming services, lock in their service pricing for the subscription term, and receive additional member benefits. Submitting this form does not guarantee enrollment. Subscription availability is limited, and your service selection will be reviewed to make sure the plan provides enough appointment time for the services you normally receive. Once your application is reviewed, you’ll receive confirmation of availability, your recommended subscription plan, and payment instructions. No payment is required to submit your application.

  • Essential Maintenance is designed for quick haircut maintenance between full-service appointments. It can be added to eligible biweekly subscriptions for clients who prefer to maintain their appearance more frequently without booking a complete Signature or Tailored service every week. Essential appointments must remain within the time allotted for an Essential service. Additional work, including beard grooming that requires more appointment time, may require a service upgrade.
