702 Market Trunk or Treat Application
Join us for our Trunk or Treat at Cowabunga Canyon on October 4th (1-5 PM) ! We’re looking for businesses, vendors, organizations, families, and community members who would like to decorate a vehicle and pass out candy or treats to kids during the event. There is no fee to participate. Participants are responsible for their own vehicle decorations, candy/treats, and setup.

Participant Agreement
By submitting this application, I understand and agree to the following: - I am responsible for providing my own decorations, candy/treats, supplies, and anything needed for my trunk setup. - All decorations and displays must be family-friendly and appropriate for children. - My vehicle must remain parked in its assigned location for the entire Trunk or Treat event. Participants are not permitted to leave early unless there is an emergency and approval is given by 702 Market staff. - I am responsible for my vehicle, belongings, decorations, and personal property. 702 Market and the event venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property. - I understand that participation in an event involves normal risks and agree that 702 Market and the venue are not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from my participation, except where responsibility cannot legally be waived. - I agree to follow all instructions provided by 702 Market and venue staff regarding arrival, parking, setup, event operations, and departure. - I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee participation. My spot is confirmed only after I receive approval from 702 Market. - I understand this is only for a trunk or treat and not to sell.
