1. Strictly NO SENSITIVE BUYER. Barang yang dijual di form ini adalah campuran dari sisa stok lama & baru. Keseluruhan barang sudah melalui QC dari admin Rinporium dan dinilai cocok untuk dijual dengan harga tertera. Jika ada kerusakan / defect maka akan dicantumkan pada keterangan produk. Namun, tidak sepenuhnya mengcover kerusakan yang tidak kasat mata oleh admin. Maka dari itu, mohon untuk memahami kondisi ini sebelum membeli.
2. Minimal Pembelian: 50.000
3. Submit Form = Membayar = No Cancel, Detail pembayaran akan dikirimkan bersama dengan hasil copy submit form. Payment confirmation akan dikirimkan dalam 2x24 Jam

5. Shipping: CO Shopee / Kirim Manual (JNE dari Bekasi)
Jika kamu pilih CO Shopee, mana nominal CO sudah di set sebesar packing yang kamu pilih + biaya admin shopee. Jika kamu pilih kirim manual, maka kamu diwajibkan untuk transfer sebesar ongkir JNE + Biaya Packing yang kamu pilih. Formulir untuk pengiriman akan dikirimkan bersamaan dengan payment confirmation. Mohon untuk diisi dan disimpan.
6. Lama Pengiriman: Pengiriman / CO Rinporium hanya buka pada tanggal 25-15 setiap bulannya. Lama pengiriman akan bergantung pada urutan antrean pengisian form pengiriman (Bukan form Jotform). Apabila ada request tertentu untuk mempercepat pengiriman / request kirim di tanggal tertentu, mohon untuk chat ke:

7. Duedate CO: Barang yang sudah dibeli wajib untuk di CO / Request kirim selambat lambatnya pada tanggal 15 di bulan selanjutnya setelah kamu isi Jotform.
Misal: Isi Jotform tanggal 8 Juni, Max CO tanggal 15 Juli. Dst.
8. Error Web / Stock mungkin terjadi. Admin akan mengecek kembali barangmu saat sebelum packing. Apabila ada kekurangan, damage, atau error stock di form maka akan diinformasikan pada saat itu.
9. Form ini akan ditutup otomatis saat sudah mencapai 100 submission per bulannya dan akan dibuka kembali di tanggal 1 bulan selanjutnya. Jika ada barang On Hand terbaru, akan di up juga di tanggal 1.

1. Strictly NO SENSITIVE BUYERS. The items sold through this form are a mix of old and new stock. All items have passed Rinporium’s quality control (QC) and are priced accordingly. Any visible flaws or defects will be explicitly noted in the product description. However, please note that minor, invisible defects may accidentally be missed during inspection. By purchasing, you acknowledge and accept these conditions.
2. Minimum Purchase: IDR 50,000.
3. Form Submission =No Cancellations. Payment details will be sent automatically by Jotform along with this copy of form submission. Payment confirmation will be sent within 2x24 hrs.
4. Packaging Options: Polymailer (IDR 5,000) or Box (IDR 10,000).
5. Shipping Methods: Shopee Checkout (CO) or Manual Shipping (via JNE from Bekasi).
Shopee Checkout: The checkout nominal will be set to your chosen packaging fee plus the Shopee admin fee.
Manual Shipping: You must transfer the JNE shipping fee plus your chosen packaging fee.
Note: A separate shipping form will be sent along with your payment confirmation.
INTL Shipping will be processed via DM, no need to fill the shipping form, but please DO let us know before you are filling this jotform.
6. Shipping Schedule: Rinporium only processes shipments and Shopee checkouts from the 25th to the 15th of every month. Delivery times depend entirely on the queue order of the shipping form (not the Jotform). 7. Checkout Deadline: Purchased items must be checked out or scheduled for shipping by the 15th of the following month at the latest. (Example: If you fill out the Jotform on June 8th, your checkout deadline is July 15th).
8. Website or Stock Errors: Technical glitches or stock discrepancies may occur. The admin will double-check your items before packing. If there are any missing items, unexpected damage, or inventory errors, you will be notified immediately.
9. Form Limits: This form will automatically close after reaching 100 submissions per month and will reopen on the 1st of the following month. Any new on-hand arrivals will also be updated on the 1st.
10. Currency Exchange Rate: The fixed exchange rate for transactions is 1 USD = 15,000 IDR.
