Policies ::
📆 Minimum of a 7 day notice. Any sooner than 7 days will result in rush fees (fee amount will vary based upon amount of days and size of arrangement)
💸 A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to purchase an arrangement from TheMadiiEffect. I will not start on your order until deposit is recieved.
🌎 WORLDWIDE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE!! Shipping fees will be applied. Full amount is required in order to ship out your order.
🏡 Pickups :: Reach out to @themadiieffect for pickup address within 24 hours before pickup.
🚙 Meetups :: $5 fee will be applied to meetups. We will discuss place of meet through DM or text. Fee amount will raise depending on miles.
📦 Dropoffs :: $10 fee will be applied to dropoffs. Make sure to submit address of delivery in this form. Fee amount will raise depending on miles. Please include whether this dropoff address is yours or your loved one's.
⏱️ Late fee :: You are given a 15 minutes grace period. After 15 minutes, a $5 fee will be added to your total. After 25 minutes, your appointment for pickup is cancelled and will have to be rescheduled through DM or text message.
❌ No shows :: If you can't make it to pickup, simply send me a message! I'm really understanding and I know things happen. If you do not show to your pickup appointment and I don't recieve a message from you within the next 24 hours regarding rescheduling, you will not be able to pick up your order and your deposit will be forfeited.
✅ Perfected work is REQUIRED when it comes to ordering from TheMadiiEffect. If you're questionable about the arrangement, don't be shy! I'll fix it free of charge! This only applies BEFORE pickup day. I will send a photo of the final product once finished, this is your time to let me know what to change!
AFTER PICKUP/DROPOFF, ANY DAMAGES MADE TO THE BOUQUET ARE NOT MY RESPONSIBILITY!!!
