  • About the Program

  • The Jewelry Edit Foundation and Tiffany & Co. present Inside Tiffany & Co.: From Bench to Blue Box, an exclusive two-day immersive experience introducing emerging talent to the people, craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation behind one of the world's most iconic luxury brands.

    Participants will follow the journey of a single piece of Tiffany jewelry—from concept and design through craftsmanship, innovation, merchandising, marketing, retail, and client experience—while exploring the many career opportunities that bring the Tiffany experience to life.

    The program will serve 15 college students or professionals who are interested in pursuing careers across all areas of the jewelry industry, including design, craftsmanship, sourcing and other key sectors.

    Key features of the program include:

    • Behind-the-scenes access to Tiffany & Co.
    • Workshops, mentoring sessions, and panels led by industry professionals.
    • Participating in dynamic creative challenges that push your thinking and bring what you've learned throughout the program to life.
    • Providing opportunities for a varied and diverse group of talent from different educational and professional backgrounds.
    • Dedicated follow-up to program members, including a virtual follow-up session and a digital resource toolkit.
