Crafter/Vendor Registration

Complete form below to apply as crafter/vendor at our upcoming Christmas Market. Vendors approved at committee's discretion.
We are no longer accepting applications for sweet treats, baked goods, soaps, candles, and crocheted plushies.

To ensure our event remains a family-friendly experience for all ages, we are unable to accept vendors selling items with mature themes, alcohol branding/references, or mystical/occult imagery. Thank you for helping us keep this market welcoming for everyone!

Lillian will contact the vendors after the application is submitted to confirm approval along with payment link. You will have two days to submit payment. If payment is submitted after the two days and the vendor category has been filled, you will not receive a refund.

When:

December 5th 2026, 10am-4pm. Setup starting at 7:30am: Must be completely setup by 9:30am. Must stay until 4pm.

(Snow date - December 6th, 1pm-6pm. Setup 11am-12:45pm)

What:

10x5 or 12x4 indoor space. 2 chairs provided per space. Table & electricity provided at additional cost (see below).

*Exact space is not guaranteed

Cost:

Located in the hallway directly by the main event entrance (not - inside the main area).
*A festively decorated room will be ready for your wonderful product to help transform our space.*
- $30 per pace - Vendor provides table
- $40 per space - One 8 foot table provided
Main Area Space - Inside gym:
- $50 per space - Vendor provides table
- $60 per space - One table provided
Extra:
- + $10 extra for electricity (only a few spots available). Must apply (fill out this form and pay the fee) by Friday, November 6th.

Raffle donation:

Although it's not required, we are requesting all vendors to supply a raffle donation.

I understand that this event is being held at a PreK–12th grade school and agree to ensure that all items I display or sell are appropriate for a family-friendly environment. This means my products, signage, packaging, and displays will not include any offensive language, imagery, or themes that could be considered inappropriate for children or families.
