Welcome to the "You've been Graced" Nomination Form!
This form is for nominating a Gurley neighbor who could use hope and encouragement. Please read the eligibility and requirements below before submitting your nomination.
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Nominee must live in the Gurley community.
- Nominee must be receptive to having a group of students bring them a gift.
- Nominee should be someone in need of encouragement.
- All nominees will be placed into a random drawing and will remain in the drawing for the 2026/27 school year.
- There will be one recipient of "You've been Graced" each month.
- You will be the Point of Contact for our Jacob's Ladder leader to make arrangements for delivery.
- Delivery will be on a Wednesday, between 3 and 4 PM, agreed upon between you and the Jacob's Ladder leader.
