Welcome to OWL! This is the last piece of paperwork before we start. It takes about 10 minutes, and it's what lets us keep your child safe and supported in group.

Authorized Pickup

We take drop-off and pickup seriously, and we'd rather ask these questions now than sort them out in a cold parking lot at night.

Please list everyone (other than yourself) who may pick up your child. We'll ask for ID if we don't recognize someone, so let them know ahead of time.

May your child leave on their own?
Running late? A facilitator stays with your child and will call the numbers on your list. If we can't reach anyone after 30 minutes, we'll follow the emergency protocol you agreed to in the policies form. Please call or text us at (215) 360-3308 if you're running behind.
Please share if there is anything about your family's arrangements we should know about? (For example, another household that should get program emails, or anything that affects who can pick up your child.)
If there is a court order or legal arrangement that limits who may pick up your child or receive information about their participation please share the details here and email it to owl@coeocommunity.com.

OWL Curriculum

At orientation we walked through the full curriculum. Here it is again in writing, so you have it in front of you when you sign.

Our approach: OWL is values-based and medically accurate. Facilitators answer questions honestly and at a developmentally appropriate level. Young people are never required to share anything personal, and they may pass at any time.

Program Attendance
OWL builds week to week, and the group gets closer as it goes. Every session your child is there matters, to them and to the rest of the group.

Balance Payment

Last step. Your deposit is already applied, so this is the remaining balance.

- Payment Plan Agreement
  
  Your plan splits your remaining $2,400 into three payments of $800: one today, then automatic charges to the same card on the same date each of the next two months, and then the plan ends. There's no fee or interest, and you can pay off the balance early anytime.
  
  Choosing a plan means committing to the full program fee, so installments are due on schedule regardless of attendance, participation, or withdrawal. If a charge is declined, we'll email you so you can update your card. Accounts with two or more missed installments will be paused from attending sessions until the balance is caught up. If anything changes for your family, please reach out before a charge date. We'd much rather figure it out together.
  
  To update your card, email owl@coeocommunity.com or call (215) 360-3308. If coeo cancels the program, you'll be refunded in full.
- By signing below, I confirm that I attended parent orientation (or completed the orientation catch-up), that I've reviewed the workshop topics above, and that I consent to my child participating in the Our Whole Lives (OWL) program. I also confirm that the information in this enrollment packet is accurate, that I've read and agree to everything above (including the Payment Plan Agreement, if I chose a payment plan), and that I'm the parent or legal guardian of the participant with authority to enroll them.

- Once you hit Submit, you'll be taken to our secure payment page through Stripe to complete the payment. You'll get a copy of your signed packet by email, and a receipt once your payment goes through.
