  • Exhibition Booking

    In this section you can upload your insurance document, choose your exhibition space and/or book a brochure ad and pay online. A VAT receipt will issue to you on completion and be emailed directly to the email you used to register - please check your spam folder .

  • Insurance

    It is mandatory that there is insurance cover in place for your legal liability to members of the public or their property arising from your attendance as an exhibitor/sub-contractor at the Kerry Wedding Show. A minimum limit of €6.5M is required. Please  also confirm that a specific indemnity is provided to Radio Chiarrai Teo under your policy. If you already have PLI your insurer will provide this at no extra cost to you. If you have another supplier exhibiting on your stand they must also provide a PLI indemnity to Radio Kerry. If you need to secure event insurance we recommend Hastings Insurance - call 01 4817727.

  • Exhibition Spaces - Floor Plan

    Using the image below, please select the space you would like to book. Please bear in mind that we do not guarantee that you will not be beside or opposite a direct competitor. Exhibition spaces vary from PODs (1metre (width) x 1 metre (depth) to 3 metres (width) x 2 metres (depth)  Vehicles (wedding cars, prosecco trucks, carriages) Maximum of 1 vehicle in the auditorium area per exhibitor with pod table.  Up to 4 Vehicles can be parked outside in the small carpark at the Gleneagle Arena Entrance.

  • Preferred Exhibition Space

    Once you choose your preferred space and confirm your booking we will update the Floor Plan. Updates are manually applied.
  • Foyer Space (3metres x 2 metres) - as you enter - the carpeted area of the Gleneagle Arena*
  • Auditorium (3metres x 2 metres) inner area of the Gleneagle Arena*
  • Vehicle Space - inside spaces - auditorium area*
  • Pod Tables - 1metre x 1 metre - available in both the Foyer and Auditorium*

  • Digital Brochure Advert (ads booked after Jan 27th will only appear in the Digital Brochure and not in the print version)

    The Digital Brochure will feature wedding related articles, adverts, Gleneagle Arena Floor Plan, Exhibitor Listing. It will be emailed to people who have booked online. A limited print run will also be available on the day.

  • EDITORIAL :  Exhibitors who book a Full Page Ad are invited to contribute editorial (eg Tips & Advice to Couples) to the Visitor Brochure. Please email the details (max 500 words) to kws@radiokerrry.ie by January 27th 2027
