SWAG BAG: If you are not setting up a vendor booth, would you like to contribute promotional items to the Cultivate Conference swag bags?
SWAG BAG: What item(s) would you like to contribute to the swag bags? Please briefly describe the item(s) you plan to provide. Examples include pens, stickers, notepads, keychains, small promotional items, or other giveaways. Flyers or informational materials are welcome; however, we encourage contributors to include a promotional item rather than providing flyers only when possible.
SWAG BAG: Please plan to provide a minimum of 100 items for inclusion in the Cultivate Conference swag bags. Approximately how many items will you provide? DROP-OFF: All swag bag contributions must be received between September 23–26, 2026. Additional drop-off/delivery instructions will be provided.
Please review the following terms before submitting your vendor application for the Cultivate Conference:

Vendor setup will take place on September 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Vendors must complete breakdown and remove all equipment, merchandise, decorations, trash, and personal belongings from the building no later than 5:00 p.m. on October 2.

Each approved vendor will receive one table and two chairs. Any additional equipment or display materials must be approved in advance.

No food may be sold, distributed, sampled, or consumed in the vendor area. Water is the only permitted beverage.

The vendor fee is $50 and nonrefundable. Payment instructions will be provided to approved vendors.

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or vendor space. Applicants will be notified after their application has been reviewed.

Vendor spaces will be assigned by conference organizers and may not be transferred, shared, or reassigned without prior approval.

Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, equipment, displays, and personal property. The Cultivate Conference, its organizers, and the venue are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged property.

Vendors must maintain a professional and respectful environment and comply with all conference, venue, safety, and security requirements.

Vendors are responsible for any required permits, licenses, insurance, or authorizations related to their products, services, or activities.

Conference organizers reserve the right to reject an application or revoke vendor participation for failure to follow these requirements or for conduct inconsistent with the purpose and standards of the Cultivate Conference.
