Banff Pride Market 2026 – Vendor Registration

The Banff Pride Market is a place for local creative entrepreneurs to grow and build their brand, connect with fellow creatives, meet their customers and sell their work in an inclusive, intentionally curated space.

Open to 2SLGBTQIA+ owned businesses and allies.

Date: Saturday, October 10, 2026
Venue: Mason Hall, 103 Caribou Street, Banff, AB T1L 1A1
Set-up: 8:30 am to 10:00 am
Market hours: 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
Tear-down: 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm
Vendor fee: $45 per vendor, paid at registration. Includes one 6 ft table and two chairs. Vendors bring their own displays and tablecloths.

Registration deadline: Wednesday, September 30, 2026 Spots are first come, first served until tables are full.

Please note: no food or beverage vendors this year.

Vendors are expected to conduct themselves in a courteous manner at all times. Vendors will not harass, intimidate or be abusive to any other vendors, visitors or the market managers, volunteers and contractors. Complaints regarding conduct of vendors must be made in writing to the Festival Director within one week of the occurrence. The Festival Director will review the complaint and appropriate action will be taken. Hawking, accosting and/or badgering members of the public or other vendors will not be tolerated and may result in termination from the market with no refunds. Standing in front of your table in the aisle is not permitted. Vendors will be responsible for restitution of any damage to Mason Hall, Town of Banff property or Banff Pride property. Vendors should be neat and clean in appearance and must conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. Any complaints received concerning unprofessional conduct, including the use of profane language, smoking, cleanliness of the vendor or the vendor's product, etc., may be considered grounds for dismissal from the market. Insubordination, the consumption of alcohol or drugs, and fighting during the market will be cause for immediate dismissal. No warnings are required and no refunds given. Vendors reported or caught driving aggressively or carelessly in the area around Mason Hall during set-up and tear-down will be terminated from the market without warning or refund.

Banff Pride photographers and volunteers take photos and video at the market. We use them on banffpride.ca, on social media, in funder and grant reports, and to promote future markets. You, your table and your products may appear in those photos, and Banff Pride can use the images without payment.

When you take photos yourself, please ask before photographing another vendor's work or display, and ask before photographing people. Do not photograph children without a parent or guardian's permission, and never photograph anyone who has said no. Photos of your own table are yours to share, and tagging @banffpride is welcome.

Please note that while the market is insured, that insurance covers the market as an event only and does not cover individual vendors. Vendors are not covered under the market's policy for their own products, property or liability, so it is strongly recommended that vendors carry their own liability insurance. Vendors should call their insurance agents to find out what level of coverage is right for them.
