League Information
Who: Ages 16+ (Individual sign-ups ONLY).
Where: Port Hilton. In between Hale Koa Hotel and Hilton Hawaiian Village. (Chains)
Skill Level: Intermediate and up. Basic fundamentals required.(Beginner players: check out our development training!). Passing, setting, hitting should be at least mid level skilled and controlled. 4 vs 4 rules enforced. No open hand tips and set over must be facing direction or directly behind. Minimal spin. Open hand recieve okay.
Format: (General) Reverse Coed 4s. Women can jump and hit from anywhere on court. Men can only jump from BEHIND HALF WAY MARK of the court and must land BEHIND designated marked line. Coed net hight. 2 FEMALES minimum per team.
Team games will switch in a weekly Round robin format. You’ll rotate weekly teams to ensure balanced, and competitive play. 3 Games per league night. Each game to 21, cap 21. League standings and seeding based on wins, points total, subsitutions used. Playoffs format based on total athletes entered.
Duration: 5 weeks (4 weeks of seeding + Week 5 Playoffs). 12+ games.
When: Begins September 17th . Every Thursday until October 15th. (Finals)
Time: 4:00 PM & 5:00 PM scheduled games (approx start time). 15 min grace period once one full team shows up. 35 mins forfeit rule. All games have 50 min to complete match. Time and game adjustments can be made if needed for 2nd match groups. (5pm)
Playoffs: Playoff brackets will be decided on toal number of teams joined. Everyone makes playoffs. Playoff format will be match play (Best out of 3) single elimination. October 15.
Cost: $200 per team. $60 free agent
