Assumption of Risk
Global Art activities may include, but are not limited to, paints, glues, pastels, chalk pastels, pencils, wood/plaster tools, fiber (yarn, fabric, and paper), wax, plastic bags, batik dye, incense, plaster, drawing, sculpting, and other art-making activities. Global Art SoCal, LLC takes reasonable precautions to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy, and enjoyable experiences.
You warrant that your child is able to follow directions for all workshop activities. You acknowledge that risks from participation in art activities exist and that you have allowed your child to participate in this workshop knowing these risks and their possible consequences, including personal injury.
As a parent or guardian of the child(ren) registered, you agree that you will not hold Global Art SoCal, LLC liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred as a result of your child(ren)'s participation in the workshop. You agree to release and hold harmless Global Art SoCal, LLC from liability incurred as a result of your child(ren)'s participation and acknowledge that these terms serve as a release for yourself and members of your family.

Arrival & Check-In
Please arrive 5–10 minutes before the workshop begins to allow time for check-in.

Halloween Costumes
Participants are welcome to wear Halloween costumes. Costumes must be age appropriate. Please do not bring costume weapons or wear costumes containing blood, offensive words, or inappropriate imagery.

Clothing & Art Materials
Halloween workshops may include paint, clay, glue, markers, or other art materials. Although aprons may be provided, participants should wear clothing and costumes that can safely get messy. Global Art is not responsible for stains or damage to clothing or costumes.

Snacks, Allergies & Dietary Requirements
Ghoulish snacks and goodie bags will be provided during the workshop. Please make sure all allergies, dietary restrictions, medical considerations, and other special requirements are disclosed in this registration form.

Behavior & Safety
To ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone, participants are expected to follow teacher instructions and treat classmates, staff, and studio materials respectfully. Parents may be contacted if a child requires additional assistance or is unable to participate safely in the workshop.

Pick-Up Time
Please arrange to pick up your child promptly at the end of the workshop. Parents should contact the studio as soon as possible if they anticipate being late. There will be a late fee of $1/1 minute after a 5 minutes grace period.

Absence / Cancellation
If your child is unable to attend the workshop, please contact Global Art Torrey Highlands at (858) 205-9848 as soon as possible. Workshop fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant or, when eligible, applied as studio credit.

Parent / Legal Guardian Acknowledgment
By submitting this registration and providing your electronic signature or initials, you confirm that you are the parent/legal guardian of the registered participant(s), are at least 18 years of age, and acknowledge the workshop information, payment policy, safety guidelines, assumption of risk, and other policies stated in this registration.
