When someone you refer completes our funding process and successfully receives funding, you can earn 20% of the commission received by Sky Coffee Consulting from that funded transaction.

Referral commissions are paid only on qualifying successfully funded transactions for which Sky Coffee Consulting receives compensation. Referral eligibility, amounts, timing, and payment are subject to program terms, lender requirements, applicable laws, and verification that the referral was properly submitted and not previously in our system.

REFERRAL COMMISSION AGREEMENT

I understand that I may be eligible to receive a referral commission equal to 20% of the commission actually received by Sky Coffee Consulting from an eligible client I refer who successfully obtains funding.

I understand that submitting a referral does not guarantee that the prospective client will qualify for or receive funding.

I understand that referral commissions are earned only after the referred client's transaction has successfully funded, Sky Coffee Consulting has received its applicable commission, the referral has been verified, and any required waiting or reconciliation period has been completed.

I understand that a referral must be submitted through the Sky Coffee Consulting referral system before or at the time of introduction in order to receive referral credit. Clients already in the Sky Coffee Consulting system may not qualify as new referrals.

I understand that referral compensation is subject to applicable laws, lender or funding-provider requirements, and Sky Coffee Consulting Referral Program terms.
