Interested in Helping Coordinate the Parade or Stage Entertainment?

We are looking for a few volunteers who would like to take a more active role in helping coordinate these important parts of Christmas in the Square. You do not have to do it alone—UDBDA and the Christmas Committee will be there to support you!

Parade Coordination: Help answer questions from parade and float participants leading up to the event, assist with organizing the parade lineup, and be on-site to help get participants into position and keep the parade moving. This also includes coordinating the arrival of Santa on the fire truck and helping make sure he gets safely and smoothly to the Square.

Stage Entertainment Coordination: Our stage will primarily feature a DJ, along with scheduled dancers, singers, and other performers. We need someone to communicate with performers beforehand, help organize the performance schedule and lineup, answer questions, and be available on event day to help performers know where to be and when to be there.
