CRITERIA - worth 70 points

- Summarize the wedding, including its theme and a description of the goods and services you provided. The entry will be judged on how well the wedding fulfilled the client’s purpose, theme, goals, and objectives, as well as the unique, creative, or innovative aspects that elevated the wedding to an award-winning level.

- How was the working relationship with the couple? Possibilities - describe the research, meetings, vision boards, and process.

- What were the details of the ceremony and reception? Describe the venue or event site including location, description, and unique challenges.

- How would you describe the food and beverage? Include color, texture, flavor, and presentation.

- How did they coordinate with, support, and enhance the wedding?

- How did décor, support elements, and entertainment support or enhance the wedding?

Supporting Material - worth 30 points

- Upload the total budget for the event.

-Upload 5-6 HIGH QUALITY photos (ONE collage will be accepted as one of the 5-6 photos, the other HIGH QUALITY photos should be individual shots) that demonstrate the outstanding nature of the event/design, photography/videography. Examples include food displays, beverage displays, menu items, floor plan/diagram, room shots, table presentations, and décor.

- Optional - submit one video segment. Must be a maximum of two minutes in length and must be submitted through a link (such as Vimeo or YouTube).
