Agreements
Please review each statement carefully. Vendor fees are nonrefundable after payment. With prior written approval, a paid space may be transferred to another approved vendor. Vendors are responsible for their own sales, sales tax obligations, permits, licenses, insurance, fixtures, merchandise, staffing, and cleanup. Space may not be shared or reassigned without written approval. Vendors must remain set up for the full public event unless organizers approve otherwise. KC Book Beat/Midwest Book Beat may decline or remove products or displays that were not disclosed, are unsafe, discriminatory, infringing, illegal, or inconsistent with the event.

I understand that payment is due only after acceptance and that my space is not secured until payment is received.
I understand that vendor fees are nonrefundable, but a paid space may be transferred with prior written approval to another vendor approved by the organizer.

I will provide my own table, chairs, fixtures, signage unless the organizer confirms otherwise in writing.
I am responsible for all required licenses, permits, insurance, taxes, and legal compliance related to my business and products.
I agree to follow setup, event-hour, safety, cleanup, and venue instructions provided by the organizers.
I understand that I participate at my own risk and am responsible for my property, products, staff, and guests.
I authorize KC Book Beat/Midwest Book Beat to use event photographs or video that may include my booth for event and organizational promotion.
