ANDDA CALENDAR ENTRY

2026 Deadline: OCTOBER 1 (artwork due within 10 days)

One of the perks of membership in ANDDA is a free copy of our fabulous Annual Gestation Calendar! The calendar features a different farm each month and has 145-day due dates printed on every single day, an invaluable tool for planning breedings! These calendars also make great gifts for friends and mentors.

Each year, members who have renewed for the year the calendar is printed (i.e., 2027 membership for the 2027 Calendar) can enter their names to be drawn for a chance to have their farm promoted in the calendar. 12 entries will be randomly selected in a blind drawing.  There is a $150 advertising fee for each farm featured. You will need to submit high-resolution artwork within 10 days of being chosen.

How to enter for a chance to be featured in the calendar:

1) You MUST be a current-year member of ANDDA and renewed for the upcoming year. Please make sure your membership is current before entering! RENEW/JOIN TODAY

2) You can enter using our online form below or in person at the ANDDA meeting at ADGA Convention.

3) Please get a jump-start on your artwork submission, start collecting high-resolution photos and have a plan in place. You will have 10 DAYS after the drawing to submit camera-ready artwork (see specs below) along with the $150 fee.  If not submitted within the ten days, an alternate will be selected.

4) Deadline for entering is October 1.

ARTWORK SPECS:  Be aware that web-quality photos are NOT appropriate. They will print blurry and not represent your farm well. Please use high-resolution (original if possible) photos to create your artwork.

Finished artwork MUST be actual size (8.5 x 11 horizontal) and 300 dpi. File types accepted: .pdf, .jpeg, .png

There are many free online services, such as Canva, where you can create your artwork. Just make sure to choose the “PRINT” option before starting to design!
