Rush Order Disclaimer
Rush Orders include any order less than two weeks before your event. Please order at least three weeks ahead of time to avoid the Rush Order Fee. Rush Orders for shipping will be shipped in 4 days from order date. Local orders would be ready for pickup or delivery within 3 days. ALL RUSH ORDER REQUESTS MUST BE AGREED UPON AHEAD OF TIME SO I CAN CONFIRM AVAILABILITY.

Payment
After I review your order form, you will receive 1-3 mockups designs via email. Edits will be allowed. Once we agree on an approved mockup, you will receive an invoice via email. Payment is due in full BEFORE I begin painting.
Policies
1. SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the custom nature of the banners, refunds will not be issued. If your event is cancelled, I will reserve your payment as a credit to your next order.
2. DAMAGE & MISUSE: Once the banner leaves my possession, responsibility of care transfers to the customer. There will be no refunds for improper use of the banner.
3. SOCIAL MEDIA & MARKETING: I reserve the right to post your banner on my social media for marketing purposes. If you need me to delay posting for any reason, please relay that information to me.
