Hi, my name is Nichol and I'm a photographer based out of Bigfork Montana. I specialize in family portraits, personal branding, high school seniors, children's portraits, commercial photography and so much more.

The easiest way to get on my calendar is to submit a few dates. There is a $40 retainer that will be applied to the total balance due. An invoice will be sent to you via email or text to secure your date.

CONSULTATION

I’ll confirm your appointment and we can discuss all the details. This will include: Location, how to prepare, etc. Sessions will be scheduled at a public location, such as a public park, unless you are an established client.

FINAL PAYMENT

Full payment is due before we begin shooting. You may bring cash to the shoot, or pay with PayPal, or venmo, but the remaining balance must be paid in full before we begin.
CAPTURE INCREDIBLE PHOTOS

On the big day we’ll make sure you’re ready. We'll wander our chosen location looking for the best light and background. If you(or your family) have difficulty smiling or posing, let me know in advance and I'll help guide everyone through it.

CURATION AND DELIVERY

After your session I will begin curating and editing your photos. One or two sneak peak images will be emailed within 3 business days. The gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your session (up to 20 images, additional images for larger packages will be finished within 3 weeks).

I send all photos true to color and offer color grading as well. What is your preference for color filters on your photos? Select your preferences below.
A $40 booking retainer is required upon receipt of invoice to secure your spot on my calendar. Any rescheduling needs to be done at least 72 hours before your session, or the retainer will be forfeited(unless it is weather related or a medical emergency). I’ll be in touch with you to confirm a date that works for both of our schedules.
Dates and time frames that work for you (please pick at least 3 dates):
Example: "Anytime after 5pm." "Tues-Fri 4-8pm" Note: if you want Dark & moody photos, we need to schedule later in the day, or somewhere with full shade.

I understand that if I fail to submit the retainer, at least a week in advance, my appointment may be subject to cancelation. I also understand that the full amount is due before we begin our photo session.
