Photo Session Booking Form

Hi, my name is Nichol and I'm a portrait photographer based out of Bigfork Montana. I specialize in family portraits, personal branding, high school seniors, children's portraits, commercial photography and so much more.

1. TAKE A LOOK AROUND

Look, there’s a ton of photographers in the valley and some of the best feedback I get is that my clients have spent hours looking at photographers portfolios, and prices, and they CHOSE ME. That’s awesome and I love working with clients who know what they want, know what's out there, and they choose to work with me.

2. BOOK ONLINE (HERE)

The easiest way to get on my calendar is to submit a few dates through my online booking system. There is a $40 deposit that will be applied to the total balance due. An invoice will be sent to you via email or text to secure your date.

3. CONSULTATION

I’ll confirm your appointment and we can plan a time to discuss all the details and go over any questions you have. This may include: Location ideas, outfits, what to bring, how to prepare, etc.

4. FINAL PAYMENT

Full payment is due before we begin shooting. I will send you an invoice for the remaining balance to be paid via Venmo or Paypal. You may also bring cash to the shoot, but the remaining balance must be paid in full before we begin.

5. CAPTURE INCREDIBLE PHOTOS

This is the big day and we’ll make sure you’re ready for it. My shoots are typically casual and fun. We'll wander our chosen location looking for good light and backgrounds. If you(or your family) have difficulty smiling or posing, let me know in advance and I'll help guide you through it.

6. CURATION AND DELIVERY

After your session I will begin curating your gallery and editing your photos. One or two sneak peak images will be emailed within 3 business days. The gallery, up to 20 digital images, will be delivered within 2 weeks of the photo session. Additional photos, over 20 images, will be delivered within 3 weeks. If you wish for your images to be loaded on a flash drive, instead of emailed, please bring one to the session and I can load everything directly to your drive.

A $40 booking deposit is required upon receipt of invoice to secure your spot on my calendar. Rescheduling needs to be done at least 24 hours before your session, or the deposit will be forfeited. I’ll get in touch with you as soon as possible to confirm a date that works for both of our schedules.

I understand that if I fail to submit a deposit, a week in advance, my appointment may be canceled. I also understand that the full amount is due before we begin our photo session.
