    Campion Education helps schools and students across Australia with books, stationery and digital learning resources. Our Forrestdale Retail team is looking for friendly and reliable students to join us during our busy summer period.

     

     

    Retail Team Opportunities - Forrestdale

    We have a range of casual retail positions available which can include: 

     

    • Helping customers and providing great customer service
    • Picking and packing customer orders
    • Point of sale - keying customer orders
    • Organising and Restocking shelves
    • Keeping the store and work areas tidy
    • Working as part of a team to get orders ready in a timely manner
    • Can follow instructions 

     

    You don’t need previous retail experience - we are looking for friendly, motivated and reliable people who are keen to learn, follow instructions and work as part of a team. It’s a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a busy retail environment.

  • About the Role....

    We are looking for reliable, friendly and motivated team members to join us over our busy summer period. This is a great opportunity for school-aged students and those looking for their first job to gain valuable workplace experience, learn new skills and be part of a supportive team.

    No previous retail experience is required - we will provide training. What we are looking for is the right attitude, a willingness to learn and someone who is ready to get involved.

     

    Key Responsibilities
    In this role, you will assist with a variety of day-to-day retail activities, including:
    • Greeting and assisting customers
    • Processing cash and EFTPOS payments
    • Picking and packing customer orders
    • Restocking and organising products
    • Accurately entering booklist information into our system
    • Maintaining a clean, tidy and well-organised store
    • Following daily processes, procedures and instructions
    • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure a smooth customer experience

     

    About You
    We are looking for someone who is:
    • Reliable, punctual and responsible
    • Friendly and confident when communicating with customers
    • Quick to learn and able to follow processes and instructions
    • Organised with strong attention to detail
    • Comfortable using a computer
    • Positive, hardworking and team-oriented
    • Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
    • Comfortable with physical work, including standing, lifting and packing
    • Proactive and willing to use their initiative
    • Available to work during our busy summer period
