Rather than offering fixed packages, the NZSAE Strategic Partner Programme allows you to select the marketing activities, events and engagement opportunities that best align with your organisation’s objectives.

As your selected activities accumulate in value, your organisation progresses through our partnership levels:

Connections is NZSAE’s focused hosted-buyer programme, built around meaningful one-to-one meetings and relationship development between association executives and industry partners.

The 2027 programme will run over two nights, with an expanded group of association executives and a host-region famil on the final day.

This focused symposium explores one of the most important areas for associations: creating successful, engaging and commercially sustainable conferences and events.

Designed for association professionals and decision-makers, the symposium will provide practical insights, case studies and proven approaches across programme design, delegate experience, sponsorship, technology, venues and event delivery.

As a partner, you’ll gain direct access to senior leaders across the sector — a valuable opportunity to showcase your services, share your expertise and support the continued development of New Zealand’s association conference and events community.

Partner with one of NZSAE’s CEO/ED Meetings, bringing together a select group of association chief executives and executive directors for meaningful connections and high-level discussion.

These meetings provide a focused opportunity to position your organisation in front of senior association decision-makers while supporting the association community.

A maximum of two CEO/ED Meeting opportunities may be selected per partner.

Associations Matter is NZSAE’s premier event for association professionals across New Zealand.

For 2027, the exhibition environment will deliberately remain focused, with a limited number of participating organisations. The objective is not to create the largest possible trade show, but an environment where Association Executives have time to engage, relationships develop naturally, and participating organisations are highly visible.

Two organisations will have the opportunity to become Association Executive Name Badge Partners for Associations Matter 2027.

Each partner’s logo and QR code will appear on approximately half of all Association Executive delegate name badges, providing highly visible branding throughout the conference and an easy way for delegates to connect with your organisation.

The partnership includes:

• Logo on approximately 50% of Association Executive delegate badges
• QR code linking directly to your nominated webpage
• Recognition as an Association Executive Name Badge Partner
• Continued allocation across additional delegate badges if Association Executive attendance exceeds 100

Seven opportunities available

During the conference networking breaks, selected exhibitors will have the opportunity to deliver a 15-minute Silent Talk within the exhibition area.

Using wireless headphones, delegates can choose to join the presentation while the wider exhibition and networking activity continues around them.

Each opportunity includes:

• One 15-minute presentation during a scheduled networking break
• Silent conferencing headphones and equipment supplied and managed by NZSAE
• Promotion of your session within the conference programme
• Presenter and organisation recognition
• The opportunity to continue conversations with delegates following your session

Silent Talks should be educational and practical rather than a direct sales presentation, giving delegates useful knowledge, ideas or insights while naturally demonstrating your organisation’s expertise.

One opportunity available

Provide every Associations Matter 2027 delegate with a branded notebook and pen to use throughout the conference and take away afterwards.

As the Delegate Notebook & Pen Partner, your organisation will supply the branded notebooks and pens, giving your brand a practical and highly visible presence across the full conference programme.

The opportunity includes:

• Recognition as the Delegate Notebook & Pen Partner
• Branded notebooks and pens supplied by your organisation for all conference delegates
• Recognition within relevant conference communications
• Your organisation’s brand in front of delegates throughout the conference and beyond
